Local Community Growing Projects

We can work in partnership with your community group with the growth, development and delivery of your project. Our Contracts team will construct your design to create a lasting impact on your local community.

Partick Housing Association worked with Clydesdale Community Initiative for the first time in 2013 after it secured the construction tender for the development of the Partick Community Growing Project. Throughout the whole process, we were delighted with the project management, professionalism and flexible attitude of Clydesdale Community Initiative. The result is a fantastic asset for the local community, which is having a significant impact on the health and wellbeing of everyone involved. The team’s communication and interaction with residents throughout the construction of the site was first class.

Having been involved in community development for 10 years, we are particularly well suited to working in partnership with local groups and associations to ensure that projects meet their needs.

As a social enterprise we actively work in partnership with community groups and their appointed design teams to maximise the social and environmental impact of our projects.
